Shardul is a business leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading customer success across the San Francisco Bay Area's technology ecosystem. His career spans enterprise software and digital marketing leaders including Adobe, Omniture, IgnitionOne, Searchmetrics, MemSQL, and Droisys, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.His expertise spans digital transformation, SaaS, digital marketing, web analytics, and enterprise sales — disciplines he now applies to help organizations scale through customer-centric strategies and cross-cultural leadership.His vision for InSetu Innovations is to empower businesses with practical, innovative talent solutions that create lasting value and sustainable growth across the globe.

Dr. Aarti Nayudu

Co-founder

Dr. Nayudu holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics (Durham University, UK) and an M.A. in Linguistics from California State University, Fresno. She is a communication strategist with expertise in language, education, and organizational communications.As a Project Manager with the Communications Department at San Mateo County Health, California, she collaborated with various departments on the organization's successful rebranding initiative.At InSetu Innovation, Dr. Nayudu brings a unique blend of academic expertise and strategic communication to help organizations build stronger brands, foster meaningful engagement, and communicate with clarity and impact.
